Cine-concert at Toulouse Cinémathèque

A cine-concert is a film screening accompanied by live music. The images and the music interact with each ofther in real time, creating a unique artistic experience.

For the past five years, the Synchro festival has been exploring the connection between music and cinema. Its next edition will take place from 20^th November to 13^th December 2026.

One of the most famous burlesque comedies in the world!

Harold, newly arrived in Los Angeles to make his fortune, takes a job as a sailor. To impress his fiancée, he pretends to be the boss of the store and soon finds himself climbing up one of the tallest buildings in the city. Suspended in mid-air… clinging to the hands of a clock… Will Harold manage to get himself out of this tight spot?

To accompany these acrobatic escapades, Raphaël Howson will switch from the piano to the drums for a musical balancing act that Harold Lloyd himself would have been proud of.

Beyond the performance itself, this event is an opportunity for university students to meet students form other institutions.

After the cine-concert, a free buffet will be available in the bar-restauration area until 11:00 pm.

Festival ambassadors will also be there to meet students, chat with them and present upcoming programme.
